Our client relations are second-to-none. We treat each of our clients as our only client, which results in our high client retention rate. Many of our business relationships span decades. Another reason for this high level of customer satisfaction is that the Firm does not use the pyramid method of staffing engagements, as is typical in many CPA firms. The pyramid method utilizes one or two supervisory level accountants assigned part-time to the engagement, and a number of inexperienced staff assigned full-time. We do not assign inexperienced staff or paraprofessionals to perform highly technical work. Our most experienced staff works on the most complicated areas. We offer quick resolution of accounting, tax and audit issues.

William T. Royster, CPA
Mr. Royster has been with the firm since 1971, and became a partner in 1974. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Georgia Southern University, and a master of Professional Accountancy from Georgia State University.
His areas of expertise include: individual and corporate income planning, and personal financial planning. Mr. Royster is a resident of Sanford, Florida, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Robert Kimelman, CPA
Mr. Kimelman has been associated with Greene-Dycus and Company since 2000; he has practiced accounting and auditing at other local firms since 1993. Mr. Kimelman graduated from The University of South Florida in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a major in accounting. He is certified by the State of Florida in Public Accountancy, and is a member in good standing of the American and Florida Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.
Mr. Kimelman routinely attends continuing education courses provided by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants on a variety of topics including accounting and auditing for small business, governmental entities and not-for-profits. In addition he has taken the required education course to perform Peer Reviews of other Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Kimelman is the quality control shareholder at Greene-Dycus and Company, and also consults with several other CPA Firm’s related to quality control issues.
Mr. Kimelman resides in Lake Mary Florida with his wife Jennifer, and graduated from Lake Mary High School in 1989. Mr. Kimelman is active in the Sanford Rotary Club and Chamber of Commerce. He recently completed terms as an officer in both organizations.
Thomas J. Frank, CPA
Mr. Frank has been with the firm since 2006. He was a partner in an Orlando firm prior to joining Greene, Dycus & Co. Mr. Frank graduated from Villanova University in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He moved to the State of Florida in 1987. He is certified by the States of Florida, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.
His areas of expertise include: income taxes, estate and gift taxes, small business consulting and individual and corporate tax planning. Mr. Frank is a resident of Maitland, Florida; he is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is and active member of the Maitland Rotary.
